300 soldiers and a whole load of CGI.

I had been awaiting the release of this film for ages, eversince i got a load of the promos. The one thing i wanted to see was the presentation. The first thing i could think of was Frank Miller and his graphic novel, which i could get a hold of only after seeing the film. And i can confidently say that Snyder has been able to replicate the same kind of feeling that you get from viewing the Graphic Novel in the film 300.
Definitely one of the best watch so far.
Details in character, animation and compositing seem flawless and the good use of camera techniques and lighting add to the greatness of the work.
the portrayal of the character has been good. The action sequences have been shot well, especially the part where the Captain's son fights hand in hand with another soldier against waves of Persian soldiers.
In short a good watch and worth paying 300.
